• NC State Salary Schedule for certified teaching positions
• 7 percent supplement and performance bonus of 0 to 6 percent
• Additional Supplement for Teachers and Licensed Instructional Support ($2,216 in 2023–2024), subject to continued funding from PRC 071 funds.
