Oxford Preparatory School is accepting proposals from qualified furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) vendors for its innovation hall project at 6041 Landis Road in Oxford. The project includes furnishings for student learning environments, staff workrooms, administrative offices, a library, and music and fitness spaces.
Proposals are due by noon on Friday, November 20, 2026. Installation is tentatively scheduled for July 26–30, 2027, with designated “day one” items ready for use before school begins on August 2, 2027.
Vendors who have an interest in this project should review the bid solicitation for submission requirements, project timelines, insurance requirements, and instructions for obtaining additional information. Vendors must notify LaBella Associates of their intent to submit a proposal within three business days of receiving the solicitation. Requests for information are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026.
